Feeling Sexy Lingerie orders are dispatched in plain boxes or padded envelopes with no indication as to their contents. Stock permitting, orders placed between Monday and Friday will be dispatched within 48hrs, orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday providing they are in stock.

Feeling Sexy Lingerie operate a back order system with our manufacturers to ensure items are available in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, Feeling Sexy Lingerie will contact the customer and offer the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made.

Feeling Sexy Lingerie will usually be able to notify you within 48 hours on the status of your order. No contract will commence between you and Feeling Sexy Lingerie for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Felling Sexy Lingerie accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product.

Feeling Sexy Lingerie goods are dispatched from within the United Kingdom and will be sent using Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order.


Some products sold by Feeling Sexy Lingerie are imported from overseas. These products may on occasion take up to 28 days for delivery to be completed. Any product with an estimated delivery time outside of Feeling Sexy Lingerie standard delivery policy will stated on the product information page.

For goods delivered within the UK the following postage charges apply :

ALL orders will be delivered free of charge.(Mainland UK only)

Re issue of orders returned to Feeling Sexy Lingerie as unclaimed will be charged at £4.95 per order.

Deliveries usually take up to 5 working days in the United Kingdom and up to 10 working days elsewhere. Please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to marketing@feelingsexylingerie.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date. Feeling Sexy Lingerie can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our 'Delivery & Returns' page.

RETURNS POLICY:

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a full refund of the cost of the item(s) returned, provided that you return them to us within 21 days, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Feeling Sexy Lingerie inspect all items prior to dispatch to ensure that the goods you receive are of the highest quality. Should customers receive any damaged goods a full refund of the cost of the item plus the original delivery charge will be made.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. and any thing of an intimate nature - including bra's are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this request has not been adhered to.

Returns on Body Stockings, Stockings, Tights & Wigs and anything of a similar nature are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons.

Any items returned without original packaging, excessively damaged packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

All lingerie or nightwear returns must have a returns number. Customers can obtain a returns number by emailing us at 

Feeling Sexy Lingerie strongly recommended that customers obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when returning goods. Feeling Sexy Lingerie cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.

Upon receipt of your returned order Feeling Sexy Lingerie will endeavour to issue a full refund for the goods returned within 7 days, providing all the above conditions have been met.
